Soroptimist International of Ceres

Dream It, Be It is one of Soroptimist International of Ceres' signature annual events designed to provide young women with the tools, resources, and confidence to achieve their biggest dreams.  Through dynamic keynote speakers, panels of successful women, and talks on topics like stress management and goal setting, DIBI empowers attendees to define their dreams and develop a roadmap to achieve them. The day includes an interactive Career Fair where girls engage directly with professionals from diverse industries, making real-world connections that bring career possibilities to life.
